Water Reflections: The Magic of Mirror Shots

Finding Perfect Reflections

Puddles after rain, lakes at dawn, wet pavement — all are great sources of reflections. The key is a calm water surface without wind.

Shooting Technique

Shoot from a low angle to include more reflection in the frame. Live View mode will help you frame precisely. A polarizing filter can remove or enhance reflections.
